Our barn style venue offers a neutral, clean palette, 17’ beautiful cathedral ceilings, custom crafted timbers, classic pine shiplap walls and ceilings and of course four, big, red barn doors which open up to the beautiful farm views that surround the property.

With a Butcher Shop, Bakery and Farm Market open year-round, as well as our seasonal events such as strawberry picking, sunflower trails, the pumpkin patch, corn maze, and many live music events, you will become a part of the Thatcher Farms’ family as your family grows.
I’m a lover of all things antique and floral, I am an avid reader of anything business and entrepreneurial related and I love coffee and a good gin and tonic equally. My husband inspires me daily, he can build, fix and do just about anything. My three children are the loves of my life. Getting to work and farm alongside my family has been such a gift.
Growing up in a small town, farm life was new to me. While I always loved good food and being in the country, it wasn’t until I met my husband that I realized my love and passion for agriculture.
We started out small while I was still a school teacher, but that soon changed when I decided to retire from teaching to farm and build Thatcher Farms into what it is today, along with my farmer full time.
I’m so proud to say that Thatcher Farms has grown into something so special and more magical than we ever could have imagined. Growing into our next phase with Barn Swallow Fields, this venue has been a natural addition to our farm and with doors opening this fall, I can’t wait to welcome you and share the magic of our farm!
