As you prepare, the upstairs bridal suite offers a light-filled space to gather, while The Gathering House can be added as a more curated getting ready suite for either the bride or groom. Here, the morning unfolds in a calm and intimate setting, surrounded by vintage-inspired interiors and garden views, perfect for photographs, brunch, and cocktails shared with your closest family and wedding party.

With exclusive access to the property, your day flows seamlessly from private first looks across the landscape to an outdoor ceremony surrounded by open countryside. Guests then move into cocktail hour at the Bin Bar before being welcomed into the dining space for dinner.

As guests are seated, the large red barn doors open to reveal sweeping views of Thatcher Farms, creating a striking reveal that connects the indoor celebration to the fields beyond. Inside, the guest experience remains at the forefront of both our team and our culinary partners, ensuring every detail is thoughtfully delivered from beginning to end.

As the sun sets over the sunflower fields in late summer and early fall, the property takes on a quiet, golden glow, offering picture perfect moments that feel both natural and unforgettable. ‍Each booking includes exclusive access to Barn Swallow Fields and its surrounding property, along with 12 wooden-top harvest tables and 140 ladder-back chairs. All 12 harvest tables must remain in the venue, with curated floor plan options available to suit your style of gathering. Guest capacity allows for up to 160 guests for a more relaxed celebration or up to 140 guests for a seated dining experience, ensuring a flexible and welcoming flow throughout the space.

A minimum booking of four hours is required, which includes both setup and teardown time for a seamless experience from arrival to departure. Bridal shower bookings are available up to six months in advance and are offered seasonally from late May through October each year.
