The Gathering House offers a wedding experience where cozy intimacy and natural countryside beauty come together in a way that feels warm, intentional, and effortlessly refined. Designed for smaller, more meaningful gatherings, this venue is perfectly suited for up to 40 guests during our peak season months of May through October, and up to 20 guests during our colder months of November, December, March, and April.
With its barn-inspired architecture, vintage furnishings, and thoughtfully designed spaces, The Gathering House requires very little additional décor, allowing its natural character to create a timeless and inviting backdrop for your celebration. With exclusive access to the property, your day unfolds with ease, beginning with your ceremony either outdoors in the garden during the warmer months or indoors within the intimate Gathering House during the winter season. Guests then gather at The Bin Bar for cocktail hour before moving into the Dining Room for dinner.
Inside, the guest experience remains at the heart of everything we do, with thoughtful service from both our team and culinary partners ensuring each detail is delivered seamlessly from beginning to end. As the day transitions into evening, the warm glow of chandeliers, soft light, and rustic textures create an atmosphere that feels especially inviting during the colder months. Whether celebrating in the height of summer or the stillness of winter, The Gathering House offers a wedding experience that flows naturally from dinner into an intimate evening of celebration, connection, and memory-making. Couples will enjoy exclusive access to the property for wedding party photographs, while guests are kindly asked to remain within The Gathering House grounds.
This is a special, limited-availability venue with carefully curated booking windows throughout the year. Dates are released in three seasonal booking blocks:
Block 1 opens in January each year for March, April, and May events.
Block 2 opens in March each year for June, July, and August events.
Block 3 opens in June each year for September, October, November, and December events.
Due to the intimate nature of this venue, availability is limited and dates are not held. Couples are invited to join our waiting list with their preferred wedding date or season, and our team will reach out when bookings open for their desired timeframe.
